The Schedule

5.  The Schedule to this Order has effect, except that—

(a) for Preston and South Ribble paragraph 1(2)(b) and (c) and (3)(b) and (c), and

(b) for Northern Derbyshire paragraph 1(2)(c) and (3)(c),

do not apply.
