2.  In this Order—

“the 1977 Act” means the Marriage (Scotland) Act 1977(1);

“the 1992 Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992(2);

“the 2004 Act” means the Gender Recognition Act 2004(3);

“the 2006 Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2006(4);

“the 2013 Act” means the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013(5);

“the 2014 Act” means the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Act 2014(6).
