SCHEDULE 6 SCONSEQUENTIAL MODIFICATIONS TO SECONDARY LEGISLATION

Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2001 S

20.  In regulation 1(2) of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “couple” substitute—

““couple” means—

(a)

two people who are married to, or civil partners of, each other and are members of the same household; or

(b)

two people who are not married to, or civil partners of, each other but are living together as a married couple;”.

S.I. 2001/155; the definition of “couple” was substituted by S.I. 2005/2877 and by S.I. 2014/107. These Regulations have been revoked by S.I. 2012/2785 but are subject to saving provisions in S.I. 2013/2878. There are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
