The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9 and 15(1)(b) and (c) of the Compensation Act 20061 and paragraphs 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 16 of the Schedule to that Act.
A draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 15(10) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
