These Rules may be cited as the Family Procedure (Amendment No. 4) Rules 2014.

This rule and rules 2, 3(a), 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15(1) and (2) come into force on 11th January 2015.

The remainder of these Rules come into force on 6th April 2015.
