Amendment of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014

127.  In article 2(1) of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014(1), for the definition of “the bank” substitute—

““the bank”, in relation to any undertaking, means the bank, EU institution(2) or third country institution(3) in the same group as the undertaking,”.
