88. In section 81A (accounting information to be included in reports under section 80 etc)(1), for “bridge bank”, in each place it occurs, substitute “resolution company”.
Section 81A was inserted by section 99 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21) and amended by paragraph 26 of Schedule 2 to the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (c.33).
