Amendments to the 2012 Regulations
24.—(1) In Schedule 7, in rule 35 (procedure in relation to postal voting statements: personal identifier verification), for paragraph (1) substitute—
“(1) This rule applies in the circumstances described in rule 32(4).”
(2) In that rule, in paragraph (3), after “if there is no such envelope” insert “but there is a ballot paper”.
