Amendments to the Principal Regulations

3.  In regulation 3—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a), after “electrical output by a generating unit” insert “or through an electricity interconnector”; and

(b) in paragraph (2)—

(i) omit “section 28(3) of the Act and”; and

(ii) for “customers” substitute “premises”.
