Amendment of the Architects Act 19972
The Architects Act 1997 is amended as follows—
a
in section 25(1) (interpretation)4, in the definition of “relevant European State” after “an EEA State” insert “or Switzerland”;
b
in Schedule 1 (The Board and its committees)—
i
in paragraph 4(1) for “three” substitute “four”; and
ii
in paragraph 5—
aa
for “six” substitute “eight”; and
bb
for “three” substitute “four”.
