SCHEDULE 3 Amendments to Schedule 4 to the 2013 Regulations

13.  In paragraph 7 (Representation in proceedings prescribed as criminal proceedings under section 14(h) of the Act)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “£1,500” substitute “£1,368.75”; and

(b) for the table following sub-paragraph (1) (representation in Prescribed Proceedings in a Magistrates’ Court), substitute the following table—
