8. In paragraph 4 (Advice and Assistance and Advocacy Assistance by a court Duty Solicitor and Advocacy Assistance at the virtual court), for the table following sub-paragraph (1) (Advice and Assistance and Advocacy Assistance by a court Duty Solicitor), substitute the following table—
