Coming into force

The Secretary of State deems it necessary in the public interest to restrict flying in the vicinity of Glasgow by reason of the intended holding of certain Commonwealth Games’ events. The restrictions will take place there from and including 13th July to and including 6th August 2014.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 161 of the Air Navigation Order 20091.
