109.—(1) The Justification of Practices Involving Ionising Radiation Regulations 2004 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 18 (consultation) after paragraph (1)(a)(i) insert—

(ia)the Office for Nuclear Regulation;.

(3) In regulation 22 (contravention notices) after paragraph (3)(b) insert—

(ba)the Office for Nuclear Regulation;.
