142.—(1) Part 2 of Schedule 8 (appeals) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In the heading after “Northern Ireland” insert “ , the Office for Nuclear Regulation ”.

(3) After paragraph 2(a) insert—

“(aa) the Office for Nuclear Regulation;”.
