Regulation 9 of the Biocidal Products and Chemicals (Appointment of Authorities and Enforcement) Regulations 2013 M1 (allocation of enforcement responsibility) is amended as follows.

an authorised defence site (within the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the 1998 Regulations);

a new nuclear build site (within the meaning given in regulation 2A of those Regulations).
