In paragraph O of Part 3 (changes of use), as it applies in relation to England, for the definition of “safety hazard area” substitute—

  • “safety hazard area” means an area notified to the local planning authority—

    1. a

      by the Health and Safety Executive for the purposes of paragraph (e) of the Table in Schedule 5 to the 2010 Order (or any previous powers to the like effect); or

    2. b

      by the Office for Nuclear Regulation for the purposes of paragraph (ea) of that Table.
