In paragraph E of Part 4 (temporary buildings and use), as it applies in relation to England, for the definition of “safety hazard area” substitute—
“safety hazard area” means an area notified to the local planning authority—
- a
by the Health and Safety Executive for the purposes of paragraph (e) of the Table in Schedule 5 to the 2010 Order (or any previous powers to the like effect); or
- b
by the Office for Nuclear Regulation for the purposes of paragraph (ea) of that Table.
