6.—(1) The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 22 for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.

(3) In regulation 31(1) for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.

(4) In regulation 32(1) for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.

(5) In regulation 33(1) for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.

(6) In regulation 34(2)(b) for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.

(7) In regulation 35, sub-paragraphs (2)(a), (3)(a), (3ZA)(a) and (3ZB)(a) for “DSA examiner” substitute “DVSA examiner”.
