10. In paragraph 1(b) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (further provisions for classification of medicinal products: certain medicinal products to be available only on prescription), after “controlled drug” insert “as defined in section 2(1)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971(1)”.
