35.—(1) The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—
(a)in the definition of “enforcement authority”, for “OFT” substitute “CMA”,
(b)omit the definition of “OFT”, and
(c)at the appropriate place, insert—
““CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;”.
(3) In regulation 19, in paragraph (1A), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.
