The Operation of Air Services in the Community (Pricing etc) Regulations 201355 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—
a
omit the definition of “the OFT”, and
b
insert, at the appropriate place—
“the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;

In regulation 4 (enforcers), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.

In regulation 5 (duty to enforce)—

in paragraph (1), for “each enforcer” substitute “the CAA”,

after paragraph (1), insert—
