5. The amendment made by paragraph 22(13) of Schedule 1 does not apply in relation to undertakings accepted before the commencement date under section 71 of the 2002 Act(1) as applied by virtue of Schedule 4ZA to the Water Industry Act 1991.
Section 71 is repealed by section 30 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
