In section 17 of the Pension Schemes Act 199351 (minimum pension for widows and widowers)—
a
in subsection (4A)(c)(i)52, for paragraphs (a) and (b) (but not the “nor” following paragraph (b)) substitute “another person are living together as a married couple;”, and
b
omit subsection (9)53.
