These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st April 2014 and, save as provided for in paragraph (3), have effect from that date.

Regulations 22 and 40 shall have effect from 1st April 2008.
