22. In paragraph (3) of regulation 2.B.1 (eligibility: general) for sub-paragraph (b)(1), substitute—
“(b)entered NHS employment before that date and whether or not that person was, on that date, an active member of the 1995 Section in that employment or any other NHS employment,”.
Sub-paragraph (b) was amended by S.I. 2009/2446 (regulations 11, 103 and paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 2).
