6. In section 22E(4)(c)(ii) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986(1) (application of Act to societies registered under the 1965 Act) for “section 48 of the 1965 Act” substitute “Part 14 of the Companies Act 1985 as applied by the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions (Investigations) Regulations 2014”.
