The Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 200816 are amended as follows.

In regulation 95(1)(h) (earnings of employed earners)—
a
for “sections” substitute “section”;
b
for “and” substitute “or”.

In paragraph 13(2B) (the standard rate) of Schedule 6 (housing costs), for “0.5%” substitute “0.5 percentage points”.
