Amendment of the Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) Order 20042.

The Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) Order 20043 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) of article 24 (interpretation)—

(a)

after the definition of “certificate”, insert—

““laboratory examination” includes laboratory testing;”;

(b)

for the definition of “third country” substitute—

““third country” has the same meaning in this Order as in the Plant Health (England) Order 20055

(3)

For Schedule 36 substitute—
