Water Services etc (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 3)

18.—(1) The Water Services etc (Scotland) Act 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 19 (disconnections code)(2), in subsection (4)(c) for “the National Consumer Council” substitute “Citizens Advice Scotland”.

(3) In section 20B (Commission’s scheme)(3), in subsection (4)(c) for “the National Consumer Council” substitute “Citizens Advice Scotland”.
