3.  In this Order

• “electronic communications network”, “electronic communications service” and “associated facility” have the meaning given to them by section 32 of the Communications Act 2003 M1 ;

• “the Radio Regulations” means the 2012 edition of the Radio Regulations made under Article 13 of the Constitution of the International Telecommunications Union M2 .
