18.  In rule 12.6—

(a) omit “As” and replace with “Within a day of the issue of Part 4 proceedings or the transfer of Part 4 Proceedings to the court and as”;

(b) after “issue of” insert “other”; and

(c) after “transfer of the” insert “other”.
