33.  In the table in rule 14.3, after the row concerning proceedings for “An order permitting the child’s name to be changed or the removal of the child from the United Kingdom (section 28(2) and (3) of the 2002 Act).” insert—

A contact order under section 51A(2)(a) of the 2002 Act.The child; or any person who has obtained the court’s leave to make the application.

A person who has applied for the adoption order or in whose favour the adoption order is or has been made; and

Any adoption agency having parental responsibility for the child under section 25 of the 2002 Act.

An order prohibiting the person named in the order from having contact with the child (section 51A(2)(b) of the 2002 Act).

A person who has applied for the adoption order or in whose favour the adoption order is or has been made;

the child; or

any person who has obtained the court’s leave to make the application.

A person against whom an application is made who—

(but for the child’s adoption) would be related to the child by blood (including half-blood), marriage or civil partnership;

is a former guardian of the child;

is a person who had parental responsibility for the child immediately before the making of the adoption order;

is a person who was entitled to make an application for an order under section 26 of the 2002 Act in respect of the child (contact with children placed or to be placed for adoption) by virtue of subsection (3)(c), (d) or (e) of that section;

is a person with whom the child has lived for a period of at least one year; and

any adoption agency having parental responsibility for the child under section 25 of the 2002 Act.

The variation or revocation of a contact order or an order prohibiting contact under section 51A(2) of the 2002 Act (section 51B(1)(c) of that Act).

The child;

a person in whose favour the adoption order was made; or

a person named in the order.

The parties to the proceedings leading to the contact order or an order prohibiting contact which it is sought to have varied or revoked; and

any person named in the contact order or the order prohibiting contact.
