22. In section 41 of the Environment Act 1995(1) (power to make schemes imposing charges), in subsection (1)(d), for “each of the new Agencies” substitute “the Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales or SEPA”.
1995 c. 25. Subsection (1)(d of section 41 was inserted by S.I. 2007/1711. Subsections (1) and (6) are amended, and subsection (9)(a) was inserted, by S.I. 2013/755 (W.90). There are other amendments but none is relevant.
