SCHEDULE 2 E+W Modification of Part 2 of the Transport Act 1968

5.  In section 11 (financial duty of Executive), after subsection (3A) there is inserted— E+W

“(3B) Subsection (3A) applies to the West Yorkshire Combined Authority as if the words from “and the Authority” to “the application thereof” were omitted.”
