Amendments to the International Recovery of Maintenance (Hague Convention 2007 etc.) Regulations 2012142
In paragraph 2—
a
in sub-paragraph (1), in the definition of “maintenance decision” for “a magistrates’ court maintenance order within the meaning of section 150(1) of the 1980 Act” substitute “a maintenance order enforceable in the family court”; and
b
omit sub-paragraph (2)(c).
