Amendments to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) Order 199330
In paragraph 3—
a
in sub-paragraph (2), in the substituted section 3(1) of the 1972 Act, for “a magistrates’ court” substitute “the family court”; and
b
in sub-paragraph (5), in the substituted section 3(6E), for “a magistrates’ court” substitute “the family court”.
