100.  In section 4 (general duties of the Secretary of State and the Office of Rail Regulation)(1), in subsection (7B), for “the Office of Fair Trading” substitute “the CMA”.

Subsection (7B) was inserted by Schedule 10 to the Competition Act 1998 and amended by Schedule 25 to the Enterprise Act 2002 and by Schedule 2 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (c. 20). There are other amendments to section 4 but none is relevant to this Order.
