119.—(1) Section 235 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (restrictions on disclosure of information)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(b), for “Competition Commission” substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”.
(3) In subsection (2)(c), omit sub-paragraph (ii) and for sub-paragraph (iii) substitute—
“(iii)the Competition and Markets Authority”.
(4) In subsection (3), after paragraph (t) insert—
“(u)Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013”.
1999 c. 29. Section 235 was amended by Schedule 25 to the Enterprise Act 2002, Schedule 2 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003, Schedule 12 to the Railways Act 2005 and S.I. 2009/1122. There are other amendments to section 235 but none is relevant to this Order.
