29. In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (bodies of which all members are disqualified)(1), omit “The Competition Commission” and “The Office of Fair Trading”.
1975 c. 24. An entry for “Competition and Markets Authority” is inserted into Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the 1975 Act by Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. There are other amendments to Schedule 1 not relevant to this Order.
