Schedule 15D to the Companies Act 1985 (disclosures)40 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 17—

(a)

for “Office of Fair Trading” substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”, and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (k), insert—

“(l)

Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.”.

Omit paragraph 18.
