53. In the following provisions, for “OFT” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”—
(a)section 8A(2A) (variation etc of disqualification undertaking)(1),
(b)section 9A(10) (competition disqualification order),
(c)section 9B(1), (2) and (7) (competition undertakings),
(d)section 9C(1) to (4) (competition investigations)(2),
(e)section 16(4)(c) (application for disqualification order)(3),
(f)section 17(7) (application for leave under an order or undertaking)(4), and
(g)section 18(2A)(b) (register of disqualification orders and undertakings)(5).
