92.—(1) Section 206 (restriction on disclosure of information)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (3)(a) and (4)(a), for “Competition Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “CMA”.
(3) In subsection (9A), for “OFT” substitute “CMA”.
