Amendments to the Early Years Foundation Stage (Welfare Requirements) Regulations 201227.

In regulation 5—

(a)

the existing regulation is renumbered as paragraph (1); and

(b)

after that paragraph insert—

“(2)

Any allegation that an early years childminder agency has failed to meet the requirement in regulation 4 may be taken into account by the Chief Inspector in the exercise of functions under Part 3 of the Act.”.
