26.  In regulation 16(2)(b)(i) of the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 M1 for “a “contracting authority” as defined in regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006” substitute “ any of the “contracting authorities” as defined in regulation 2(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ”.
