The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 28D, 28G(2) and (3) and 28H(5)(c) and (7) and (10)(b) and (c) of the Marriage Act 1949 M1 and sections 9B, 9E(2) and (3) and 12A(5)(c) and (7) and (9)(b) and (c) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 M2, and after consulting the Registrar General M3, makes the following Regulations:
