The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1) and 273(4)(b)(zi) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
The Secretary of State for Health has consulted the National Health Service Commissioning Board2 in accordance with section 7(1B) of that Act3.
