The National Health Service (Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme) Regulations 1999

15.  In regulation 3 (eligible bodies) of the National Health Service (Liabilities to Third Parties Scheme) Regulations 1999(1) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(cza) Health Education England,”.
