18. In paragraph 77A (duty as to education and training) of Schedule 3 (other contractual terms) to the National Health Service (Personal Dental Services Agreements) Regulations 2005(1) for “a direction under section 7 of that Act” substitute “section 97 of the Care Act 2014”.
