PART 2 Amendments consequential on the establishment of Health Education England

The National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013

21.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013(1) for the definition of “Health Education England” substitute—

““Health Education England” means the body established by section 96 of the Care Act 2014;”.
